Duties

• Supervise daily poultry operations on the production floor, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols
• Coordinate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment to support assembly line tasks and material handling
• Train and mentor team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices in manufacturing
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and work areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
• Manage warehouse inventory, including raw materials and finished goods, utilizing warehouse experience skills
• Enforce compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards

Experience

• Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of assembly line processes
• Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools in a production setting
• Previous warehouse experience, including forklift operation certification preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and quality control procedures
• Ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure operational clarity
