Creative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Assistant to join our vibrant marketing team. This role is perfect for a passionate individual eager to contribute to our growing fashion line, supporting digital campaigns and helping elevate our brand presence across multiple channels. As a key player in our creative process, you will collaborate closely with our creative director, assisting him with bringing our compelling ideas to life. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses an interest in fashion.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Director in developing clothing concepts and designs for the fashion line
• Organize and maintain design files, samples, and reference materials
• Manage and respond to incoming emails related to the fashion line
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, models, and collaborators as needed
• Keep track of deadlines, production timelines, and tasks
• Assist with managing the Shopify store for the clothing line.
• Monitor customer messages and ensure timely responses
• Help with organizing photoshoots, samples, and production logistics
• Provide administrative support and complete miscellaneous tasks requested by the Creative Director

Experience

• Prior office assistant or administrative experience is strongly preferred.
• Fashion industry experience/ interest is a plus
• Candidates without direct fashion experience but with an interest in the field are still encouraged to apply — we are willing to train the right person.
• Must be eager to learn, take direction well, and adapt quickly in a creative, fast-paced environment.
• Basic familiarity with design tools, Shopify, or creative workflows is helpful but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
