As a Solutions Architect, you are a senior technical advisor and strategist, guiding enterprise architecture, platform adoption, and long-term automation programs. You represent Greenlight in executive conversations, influencing major client decisions and shaping strategic automation roadmaps. You balance deep technical expertise with consulting presence, supporting pre-sales initiatives, RFP responses, and strategic growth opportunities. You also pioneer the integration of agentic automation and prompt engineering across Greenlight's client base, ensuring solutions are innovative, scalable, and future-ready.
Accountabilities- Guide enterprise-level automation architecture and platform strategy for clients.
- Develop and oversee governance models, platform adoption plans, and automation roadmaps.
- Represent Greenlight in executive technical conversations, building a trusted advisor status.
- Support pre-sales initiatives, including RFP responses, proposals, and executive demos.
- Pioneer agentic automation and AI-driven frameworks to shape Greenlight's future offerings.
- Mentor senior technical staff and contribute to Greenlight's internal knowledge base.
- Enterprise automation and platform roadmaps.
- Governance frameworks and adoption models for automation programs.
- Executive-level technical presentations and proposals.
- Innovative frameworks for agentic automation and AI integration.
- Influence major client decisions and secure strategic growth opportunities.
- Expand Greenlight's presence as a trusted technical and strategic advisor.
- Lead adoption of agentic automation and prompt engineering as differentiators in the market.
- Support Greenlight's long-term growth through technical thought leadership.
- Facilitation: Lead technical workshops and executive design reviews.
- Presence: Build credibility with senior technical leaders and decision-makers.
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrate deep technical mastery across platforms and tools.
- Strategic Advisory: Shape client automation strategies and governance models.
- Pre-Sales: Support enterprise proposals with technical solution leadership.
You're a structured thinker, confident facilitator, and calm force in fast-moving environments. You've delivered complex automation or digital transformation projects, and you know how to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage the details without losing sight of the big picture.
- 6+ years in intelligent automation, systems architecture, or infrastructure engineering
- Strong experience with UiPath or similar RPA platforms
- UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced RPA Developer & Infrastructure Engineer Professional Certification – Automation Suite) preferred.
- Technical fluency across scripting, Linux, databases, APIs, and orchestration
- You lead meetings with purpose, structure discussions, and drive clear decisions
- Outstanding communication skills: You distill complexity into clarity, whether you're aligning with clients, guiding delivery teams, or presenting to leadership
- A passion for scalable design, reusability, and driving continuous improvement
- Experience working in consulting or high-stakes delivery environments, where stakeholder alignment, accountability, and speed all matter
