NON CDL van drivers

Responsibilities and Duties:

You will operate a bus or van to and from the Reno, NV airport, transporting customers throughout the shift. Customer service is a top priority for us, so we are looking for people-friendly drivers with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle buses along specified routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and alighting and answering questions courteously.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or task if required
• Transport vehicles safely within the site from one location to another safely and quickly
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate personnel
• Follow schedules accurately to ensure timely arrivals and departures
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and passengers using clear language and professional demeanor
• Assist with the loading and unloading of passengers, including those with mobility challenges or special needs
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills

Skills

• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience in bus driving, shuttle driving, or similar transportation roles such as school bus driving, motor coach, or limousine services
• Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to operate Shuttle bus/ Shuttle Van vehicles safely under various conditions
• Experience in delivery driver roles or paratransit services is a plus
• Knowledge of traffic regulations related to bus operation and safety standards
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Requirements

• Must have a Valid U.S. driver's License
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• Must have at least 1 year of previous experience or similar
