Shift Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include assisting the manager in daily tasks, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management.

Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Train and develop new employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in creating marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Handle cash handling duties, including opening and closing registers

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Cash handling experience is a plus
