Accountant
to join our team at our Naples Airport headquarters.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). You'll work closely with and report directly to the Controller, partnering daily to support the company's financial operations. Aviation is a fast-paced, dynamic industry, offering many opportunities to influence process improvements as our business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices for charter flights
• Manage accounts receivable for charter operations
• Close out charter flights in the accounting system, including generating a P&L for each flight and calculating and recording commissions
• Maintain and reconcile JetCard ledgers
• Assist the Controller with month-end close
• Perform additional tasks and projects as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as an accountant or bookkeeper, or relevant degree
• Proficiency with
  QuickBooks Desktop
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Salary
