Server Position: Part-Time

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment? Burgers and Brews in Glendale, Arizona, is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable PART-TIME Server to join our team

HOURS: The current available hours are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights - shifts start at 4pm or 5pm depending on day or as needed.

PAY: The listed pay INCLUDES TIPS. You will be paid tipped minimum wage PLUS tips.

Burgers and Brews is a locally loved spot known for serving up some of the best gourmet burgers and a wide selection of local craft beers in the West Valley. We pride ourselves on creating a friendly, casual, and energetic atmosphere for our guests and our staff.

The Role
As a Server, you will be the face of Burgers and Brews, responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and seat customers upon arrival.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food, specials, and our extensive beer list.
• Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Manage transactions, handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Check on tables regularly to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues.
• Clear and reset tables quickly for the next guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to maintain service standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including stocking, cleaning, and preparation.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience as a server, host/hostess, or in customer service is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude
• Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The current hours are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights
• Attitude: Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages in Arizona.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Basic knowledge of craft beer is a bonus
