Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health Manager to lead our mental health services team. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical operations, develop treatment plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to diverse populations. Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate clinical staff, including therapists and counselors, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment programs tailored to individual client needs
  • Provide direct counseling services when necessary, utilizing skills in art therapy and gender issues counseling
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes
  • Facilitate staff training sessions on emerging therapeutic techniques and ethical practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client records, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with confidentiality regulations
  • Promote a trauma-informed approach across all services offered within the organization

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field; licensure required
  • Proven experience in behavioral health management or clinical supervision
  • Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding
  • Expertise in art therapy techniques and their application within mental health treatment
  • Experience addressing gender issues counseling with sensitivity and cultural competence
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75, $100,200.00 per year

Work Location: In person
