Assistant Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in food service, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role involves managing daily operations, staff training, and fostering a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment.
• Train, mentor, and lead staff in bartending, food service, and customer interaction.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate POS transactions.
• Coordinate banquet and catering services, ensuring all events meet client expectations.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bartending practices and fine dining standards.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Experience in catering or banquet management is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
• A background in cooking or kitchen management is beneficial but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential.
