Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our organization and drive impactful HR initiatives across various departments. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted partner to 2 manufacturing sites in the local market.
Duties
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic HR plans that support business goals and promote organizational effectiveness.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes, utilizing ATS platforms..
- Design and implement organization structures that optimize workforce productivity and agility through organization design and process improvement initiatives.
- Oversee performance management programs, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes to foster continuous development.
- Drive training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills, engagement, and career growth opportunities.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts proactively, conducting investigations when necessary, and ensuring compliance with employment & labor law including FMLA regulations.
- Lead change management projects to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or policy updates.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication skills, employee orientation programs, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar human resources management role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of human capital management practices, employment & labor law, and HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or Ceridian.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing via ATS systems.
- Extensive background in performance management, training & development programs, and employee relations resolution techniques.
- Experience leading organizational design projects and implementing change management strategies that drive business transformation.
- Skilled in data analysis related to HR metrics for process improvement and strategic planning purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90, $120,000.00 per year
