Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Assist with phone inquiries and reservations, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support the restaurant team in maintaining high standards of guest services.

Skills

• Previous Host/Host or food service experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems such as Toast POS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
