Compensation packages include:
- Base compensation range of $150,000 to $200,000

Position requirements:
- BS in Civil or Electrical Engineering
- Licensed as a PE in civil, electrical, or traffic engineering (preferably in California)
- Extensive hands-on experience and strong technical expertise in traffic engineering design.
- Well-established reputation within the traffic engineering consulting industry.
- Exceptional marketing, proposal development, and client-facing communication skills.
- Proven technical competency across all aspects of traffic engineering design.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience, including overseeing projects from initial concept through final deliverables.
- Ability to independently lead and complete projects from start to finish with high-quality results.
Experience in the following technical areas: MicroStation or AutoCAD, AGI or VISUAL photometric analysis, Auto-Turn software, and Synchro and SimTraffic
