About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Production Manager with a strong background in metal construction and custom signage fabrication. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in production planning, scheduling, and team leadership, along with proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor Suite for design and technical drawing interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations in a metal fabrication and signage environment.

Lead and manage production teams to ensure timely and high-quality output.

Utilize AutoCAD Inventor Suite to review, modify, and interpret technical drawings and 3D models.

Develop and implement efficient production schedules and workflows.

Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Maintain high standards of safety, quality control, and compliance with industry regulations.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Manage inventory, materials, and equipment to optimize production efficiency.

Provide hands-on support and guidance on the shop floor when needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in a production management role within metal construction or signage manufacturing.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor Suite is required.

Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, materials, and machinery.

Experience with CNC punch and press break, waterjet cutting, laser, and welding techniques.

Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.

Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Knowledge of health and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the Metal Construction & Signage industry is a strong plus.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

Project management certification is a plus.

Mechanical Engineers preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100, $130,000.00 per year
