Responsibilities:

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Windows Plus, introducing homeowners to our high-quality products and services. You'll:

• Build rapport with potential customers by discussing how our energy-efficient products can enhance their home's value and comfort.
• Maintain relationships with past clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Work closely with closers to ensure smooth transitions and positive client experiences.
• Meet Windows Plus' key performance standards (KPI) to ensure consistent success.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your skills and grow your confidence in the sales field.

• Top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal.
