Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Hours 7 AM to 2 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM to 12 PM every other Saturday

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with order placement.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customers that have left their clothing or household items behind.
• Utilize our Point of Sale computer system to check in customers clothing and household items.

Skills

• Proficient in customer support and client services principles.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Solid computer skills, including familiarity with data entry processes.
• Previous call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Experience in cash handling is beneficial for roles involving transactions.
