Position Overview:

Smokiez is looking for a store-facing
Field Marketing Representative

to support retail partners across Arizona. This role is field-focused—you'll be in dispensaries executing routes, checking inventory and shelf space, educating budtenders, and supporting in-store activations and events.

This is not an administrative role. Success is measured by in-store execution, strong retail relationships, and education impact.

What You'll Do

• Execute regular retail routes across assigned dispensaries
• Check inventory levels, shelf placement, pricing, and promo execution
• Ensure Smokiez products are properly merchandised and visible in-store
• Conduct in-person budtender and staff education sessions
• Educate retail teams on Smokiez products and new launches
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff
• Provide on-site support for vendor days, pop-ups, and in-store events
• Log store visits, education sessions, and notes in HubSpot
• Identify issues and proactively work with the team to resolve them

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of cannabis industry experience
• Comfortable working independently in the field and managing routes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
• Energetic, eager, and self-motivated
• Reliable transportation required

Nice to Have

• Field marketing, brand ambassador, or retail execution experience
• Experience in educating retail or sales teams
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
