About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled
.NET Application Developer
to design, develop, and deliver technology solutions that support critical programs and a department-level case management system. This role involves working across the full software development lifecycle—from analysis and coding to testing, deployment, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Program Managers to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop custom tools and services using a
  Microsoft .NET–based API
• Write and maintain programs of moderate to high complexity using standard development methodologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues independently or in collaboration with other team members
• Participate in inter-agency system design, data exchanges, and criminal justice system integration projects
• Perform thorough code testing and manage application deployments
• Create and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, data dictionaries, and change logs
• Actively participate in project meetings, technical discussions, and cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in
  C# and .NET development
• Experience with
  C++
  in application or system-level development
• Knowledge of
  REST APIs
  and system integrations
• Solid experience with
  Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
• Hands-on experience with
  Power Apps
  (Canvas and/or Model-driven)
• Experience working with
  Dataverse
• Understanding of the
  Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
• Experience with source control tools such as
  Git or Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Required Experience:

• Minimum
  1 year of computer programming experience
