What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative with Visionary Concepts Inc., you will engage customers in person, understand their needs, and present appropriate AT&T products and services. You will lead professional, consultative sales conversations, clearly communicate pricing and solutions, and guide customers through the decision-making process. You will also be expected to represent both Visionary Concepts Inc. and our client with professionalism, integrity, and confidence. This role requires strong follow-through, clear communication, and comfort working in a customer-facing, in-person sales environment.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates with prior sales experience who communicate clearly and confidently. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and interested in building a long-term career in sales. Experience in retail sales, wireless sales, customer acquisition, or other B2C sales roles is strongly preferred. Successful candidates demonstrate professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work toward performance goals consistently. Reliable transportation is required, as this is an on-site, in-person role.

Compensation & Growth

This role offers a competitive base pay of $19–$24 per hour, along with uncapped commission opportunities. Team members are paid weekly and may qualify for performance-based bonuses.
