Marketing Automation

Overview We are looking for a high-level Growth Marketer & GoHighLevel Expert to take full ownership of our lead generation and sales pipeline. This is not a "learning" role; we need a seasoned professional who has a proven track record of getting high-ticket clients for coaches. You will be responsible for building the funnels, managing the ads (Facebook/Instagram/Google), and ensuring every lead is nurtured through GHL automation.

Key Duties

• GHL Architecture: Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end funnels within GoHighLevel (landing pages, triggers, workflows, and calendars).
• Ad Management: Launch and manage paid ad campaigns specifically designed to book calls or sell coaching programs.
• Conversion Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on headlines, hooks, and CTA buttons to lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
• Lead Nurturing: Build complex email and SMS automation sequences that turn "cold" leads into "hot" booked appointments.
• Reporting: Provide weekly reports on ad spend, lead volume, and ROI.

Qualifications

• GHL Mastery: You must be an expert in GoHighLevel. If you don't know how to build a snapshot or troubleshoot a workflow, please do not apply.
• Paid Ads Expert: Proven experience managing at least $2k–$5k/month in ad spend with a positive ROI for service-based businesses or coaches.
• Copywriting: Ability to write high-converting ad copy and email sequences that speak to a coaching audience.
• Data-Driven: You make decisions based on numbers, not "feelings."
• Self-Starter: You don't need a manager to tell you what to do; you bring ideas to the table to help us scale.
