The Role

We are seeking a dependable and efficient Janitorial Team to perform comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of our 45,000 sq. ft. Family Entertainment Center after closing. The team will ensure the facility is spotless, safe, and ready for guests the following day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including:
• Play structures, arcade areas, attractions, and laser tag/mini golf zones
• Restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas
• Cafe, dining areas, and kitchen surfaces
• Offices, break rooms, and storage areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and deep-clean floors throughout the facility
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and properly dispose of waste
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Refill restroom supplies and maintain sanitation stations
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment problems to management
• Work efficiently as a team to complete assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
• Follow all safety and chemical handling protocols

Qualifications:

• Previous team janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in large commercial or entertainment facilities
• Ability to work efficiently and safely in a large facility after hours and on weekends
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks as required
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable operating cleaning equipment (vacuums, floor scrubbers, etc.)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour
