ConnectMed360 is looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team. We are a unique pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.

Starting Salary at $78,000 and up, depending on years of experience. Additional Bonus opportunity.

Position Summary:
The Program Manager will support the development & on-going management of new and existing aspects of assigned pharma program business rules, operations, and key performance indicators. The Program Manager will also be responsible for organizing and leading program operational meetings such as weekly and periodic business reviews (quarterly business reviews), develop new project goals and execution timelines. In addition, the Program Manager will aid in on-going management with implementing and executing new programs for existing pharma partners.

Major Responsibilities

  • Assist with the operational management of end-to-end procedures that support patient support programs and products
  • Cross-functional project management: work with all collaborating Operations, Pharma Sales & Marketing teams, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution for product launches and ongoing support post launch.
  • Lead and conduct ongoing team meetings with cross-functional team leads as they pertain to assigned projects and programs.
  • Serve as program manager for contracted pharma programs: adhere to key support requirements of programs such as issue resolution within 24 hours and hosting and participating in weekly meetings.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop quarterly business review presentations for pharma, monthly scorecards, and support ad hoc requests from clients, as necessary.
