Our state-of-the-art distribution center in Baltimore, Maryland, is looking for dynamic Distribution Center Associates to join our growing team. This comprehensive role involves a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Your contribution is vital to the efficient flow of goods and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and promptly. We place a high priority on **Safety**, requiring all associates to strictly adhere to **Safety** regulations and wear the designated **PPE**. This position requires physical stamina, as it involves regular **Lifting** and movement throughout the warehouse. As a key member of our **Logistics** team, you'll play an integral role in our supply chain success. Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates and cycle counts.
- Ensure orders are picked and packed with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Prepare shipments for transit, including labeling and consolidation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company **Safety** policies and procedures diligently.
- Properly use all required **PPE**.
- Perform **Lifting** of items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of **Logistics** operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or similar warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
- Capability for **Lifting** heavy items.
- Familiarity with warehouse **Logistics** and **Safety** standards.
- Commitment to wearing **PPE** at all times.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
