Are you ready to be at the heart of our operations? Our busy distribution center in Orlando, Florida, is looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy are paramount to our success. You will work with state-of-the-art warehouse technology to fulfill orders promptly. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and adherence to all **Safety** protocols, including the use of **PPE**, is mandatory. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves significant **Lifting** and movement throughout the day. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Comply with all **Safety** policies and procedures.
- Wear all required **PPE**.
- Perform **Lifting** of items up to 40 lbs.
- Support **Logistics** operations by meeting productivity standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse **Logistics** and **Safety** standards.
- Proficiency in using **PPE**.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** tasks consistently.
