Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Sort and store merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
- Meet productivity targets for assigned tasks.
- Must be able to perform lifting tasks up to 45 pounds regularly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and willingness to use PPE.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
