We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Columbus, Ohio. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position involves picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining an organized workspace, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure quality standards are met.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages with shipping information and track inventory.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Understand and implement proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment is beneficial.
