Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to specifications.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring correct quantities and quality.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all logistics guidelines.
- Ensure all shipments are correctly labeled and prepared for transit.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
Must be able to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar logistics role is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceeding expectations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A demonstrated understanding of safety protocols is essential. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
