We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our bustling warehouse team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to our strict **safety** protocols. This role is crucial to our **logistics** operations, directly impacting inventory accuracy and the overall flow of goods through our facility. You will be responsible for unloading trucks, verifying delivery manifests against received items, inspecting goods for damage, and accurately entering received inventory into our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Attention to detail is paramount in this role to prevent errors in inventory records. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized receiving area, ensuring that all received products are properly staged for further processing. Adherence to company policies and procedures, including the proper use of **PPE**, is mandatory. The ideal candidate will have experience with scanning equipment and a basic understanding of warehouse operations. Occasional **lifting** of up to 50 lbs may be required.
