Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks critical to the efficient operation of our warehouse. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. You will work closely with other warehouse personnel and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick orders using RF scanners and other picking equipment.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including proper use of PPE.
• Participate in inventory counts and audits.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Must be able to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles is beneficial. Commitment to Safety is paramount. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
