A strong emphasis is placed on safety, requiring strict adherence to all guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves regular physical activity, including significant Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Stock shelves and storage locations with incoming inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and PPE requirements.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of inventory flow is beneficial.
