Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counting.
- Assist with other warehouse functions and special projects as assigned.
- Perform tasks that require lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Understanding of fundamental logistics and supply chain processes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. A strong commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to PPE guidelines is mandatory.
