We are hiring reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of essential warehouse functions, including order picking, packing, stocking, loading, and unloading. Your role is key to the smooth operation of our logistics department and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. We prioritize a safe working environment, so adherence to all safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE are expected. This physically demanding role requires the ability to perform consistent Lifting and to remain active throughout your shift. We are looking for individuals who are team players, possess a strong work ethic, and are committed to maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stock shelves with incoming inventory.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
- Contribute to efficient warehouse logistics and meet performance goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE .
