Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to pick lists.
- Use handheld scanners or order forms to identify and locate products.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of required PPE.
