We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of general labor tasks to support the daily operations of our distribution center. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring efficient **logistics**. You will contribute to a **safe** and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Sort, stack, and store merchandise in appropriate locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work area, following all **safety** guidelines.
- Assist with **inventory** counts and stock checks.
- Load outbound trucks for delivery.
- Wear all required **PPE**, including **safety** vests and **safety** shoes.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and **safety**.
- Contribute to the overall **logistics** and efficiency of the warehouse.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent **Lifting** of up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and the proper use of **PPE**.
