Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and stocking incoming inventory, as well as picking, packing, and preparing outgoing orders. This position requires a strong commitment to **safety** and efficiency in a fast-paced **logistics** environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all **safety** protocols.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including **PPE** requirements.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 50 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of **logistics** and warehouse operations.
  • Commitment to workplace **safety**.
  • Must be able to wear required **PPE**, including **safety** shoes and vests.
