Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise efficiently.
- Accurately pick products from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
- Prepare shipments for loading and transport, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all company and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed operational goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety policies, including the correct use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in operating powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and other warehouse machinery.
- Must be able to handle repetitive lifting tasks of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow all safety procedures.
- Good organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Must wear all required PPE, including safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
