Become a key member of our warehouse team in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Workers to assist in various aspects of our distribution center operations. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about the logistics industry and contribute to the efficient flow of goods. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. A strong commitment to safety, including the proper use of PPE, is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Practice safe lifting techniques when handling packages and materials.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations of the facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic English instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order verification.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring regular lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
