We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Medicare-certified, outpatient rehabilitation agency, we are committed to restoring motion and ensuring our patients will function at their personal best through skilled treatment, intervention and rehabilitation .
*R*esponsibilities:
* Establish and implement personalized, effective care plans based on individual patient assessments.
* Utilize skilled interventions and goal oriented programs to improve function and mobility.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
* Document patient care using EMR systems to track patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with all regulations.
* Supervision of support staff
*Qualifications*
* Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. (Open to discussing opportunities with current PT student.)
* History and clinical experience as a PT.
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly motivated for an outpatient clinic
* Full Time or Part Time available. Benefits with full time employment only.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
