Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
  • Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and damage.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of inventory.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away processes to maintain accuracy.
  • Generate inventory reports and analyze data.
  • Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies, including the use of PPE.
  • Support logistics and operations teams with inventory-related information.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with WMS software and RF scanning technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
