Join our dynamic team in Houston, Texas, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are searching for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to support our growing logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including order picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every step. This role is vital to our success, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the smooth running of our warehouse. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where safety and teamwork are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Package items securely, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying counts and quality.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all logistics standards.
- Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in problem-solving.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Must be able to handle frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or similar logistics role is preferred. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A solid understanding of warehouse safety practices is required. Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to team success.
