Fulfillment Associate

We are hiring a Fulfillment Associate in Boise, Idaho! This role is critical to our distribution center, where you will be involved in every step of the order fulfillment process. From picking items accurately to packing them with care and preparing them for shipment, your contribution ensures customer satisfaction. You will be part of a dedicated logistics team, working in a dynamic environment that values efficiency and Safety. • Accurately pick items for customer orders using handheld scanners or pick lists.
• Inspect products for quality and correctness before packing.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
• Apply shipping labels and all required shipping documentation.
• Stage orders for outgoing shipment and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Receive incoming inventory and accurately stock items in their assigned locations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
• Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.

Must be able to perform consistent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial. A high regard for Safety is essential. Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent required.
