Order Picker

Become an Order Picker at our busy distribution center in San Diego, California! We are looking for diligent and organized individuals to accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is vital for maintaining our reputation for fast and accurate service in the logistics sector. You will be responsible for locating, picking, and staging items according to specific order requirements. A strong commitment to Safety and efficiency is essential. • Receive and interpret order sheets or electronic pick lists.
• Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse storage locations.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and descriptions against the order.
• Use RF scanners or other devices to track picked items.
• Stage picked items accurately in the designated area for packing and shipping.
• Report any discrepancies or stock issues to a supervisor.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and guidelines, including the mandatory use of required PPE.
• Assist with putting away received stock as needed.
• Contribute to efficient logistics operations through accurate and timely picking.

Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 40 pounds. Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential. Ability to read and understand order information and product labels. Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is helpful. Must be committed to Safety. Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend throughout the shift. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
