Join our dynamic fulfillment center in Tampa, Florida, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is critical to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our customers by ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving inventory, picking items with precision, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Our logistics operations rely on efficient and dedicated team members like you. We prioritize a safe and productive work environment, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy an active role, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this position is an excellent fit. You'll be a vital link in our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and prepare customer orders according to order tickets and scanning devices.
- Pack orders with care and attention to detail, ensuring product integrity.
- Verify shipment information and label packages correctly.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained and required.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Contribute to team goals and support overall warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a high-volume logistics environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear mandated PPE.
