Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in St. Louis, Missouri! This role is crucial for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You'll be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, from receiving inventory to preparing packages for shipment. We pride ourselves on efficient logistics and a safe, productive workplace. You will be responsible for picking items, packing them securely, and ensuring all outgoing shipments meet our high standards. Training on our systems and safety procedures will be provided. We are dedicated to fostering a positive work environment where safety is paramount, and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided and expected to be used. This is a key position in our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Willingness to wear required PPE at all times.
