Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio! This position is integral to our company's logistics success, focusing on the efficient movement and storage of goods. You will be responsible for a range of activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is paramount, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE, is non-negotiable. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and prolonged periods of standing. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Put away received goods into appropriate storage locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required/provided).
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment according to OSHA standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and PPE.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Must be able to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
- Willingness to comply with safety regulations and wear all required PPE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety.
