Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trailers and storage areas.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on forklift equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of material movements and inventory.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety rules and regulations, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and efficient order fulfillment.
- Safely handle all products to prevent damage and ensure quality.
- Capable of occasional lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of warehouse logistics and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid forklift operator certification. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting. Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong dedication to safety and mandatory use of PPE is required.
