Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, free from hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
- Perform tasks involving frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Understand and implement logistics best practices.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods. A strong emphasis on safety is paramount. You will be required to wear appropriate PPE at all times.
