Join our fast-paced fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate in Boise, Idaho! This role is critical to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, energetic, and committed to meeting performance targets. You will be a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences through reliable order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order fulfillment requests.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Operate equipment such as scanners and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
