This role requires physical stamina, as it involves significant standing, walking, and frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs). A strong commitment to safety is paramount, and all employees are required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to established safety guidelines. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Transport materials within the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Mandatory use of required PPE.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Must be willing to wear and maintain PPE.
