We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers in Detroit, Michigan, to join our team and contribute to our efficient logistics operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of essential tasks, including receiving and unpacking shipments, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility, supporting timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and possess excellent attention to detail. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse setting is a must. Safety is our utmost priority, and all employees are required to follow strict safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE at all times. This position involves considerable physical exertion, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, reaching, and performing frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory in designated areas.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.
- Contribute to overall team efficiency and logistics success.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 40 lbs, standing, and walking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Willingness to strictly adhere to safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
