We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from our distribution center. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your contribution is vital to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and optimizing our logistics chain. We are committed to providing a safe work environment and expect all employees to adhere to rigorous safety standards, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). A proactive approach to safety is essential. This position requires the ability to work in a dynamic setting, manage multiple tasks, and perform physical duties such as frequent lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Pack orders carefully and securely for shipment.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize required PPE.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and use PPE correctly.
